Dreams - Croydon

Darren at the Croydon Branch was very helpful. I suffer from a chronic lower back pain and had researched two beds that were on display. He gave me additional advice on this which helped me make a final decision, plus advised on a memory foam pillow which he managed to secure a discount on. Good lad!

The staff at the store were friendly and knowledgable, when one staff member was unable to continue assisting us she found an alternative person to help. The whole experience was relatively easy and enjoyable which was nice. The store staff should be commended for their service.

The sales assistant Noel was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about all the products on offer. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and showed warmth and courtesy during our visit. He was a superb ambassador for Dreams. My daughter can't wait for her new bed to arrive and she can arrange her soft toys on it !

Highly satisfied as we weren't hassled by staff while looking around the store (Croydon valley park) and when we did decide to ask for help, the girl that helped us (Tanya) was really friendly and knowledgeable

we were served by Diane, she was very warm and friendly and extremely helpful. she took her time to listen to our requirements and gave a very good explaination of the products. She went to great lengths and spent time helping us find the right bed/matress/headboard that could be delivered by when I need it . At no point did she make us feel uncomfortable, she infact helped us to feel very welcome and at ease . In my opinion she went above and beyond the call of duty, a thoroughly good sales representative and a very clean, clear well set out store.

The sales staff let us browse without being pestered, then when the time was right they listened to our requirements and gave friendly advise and guided us to what would suit our needs. Were very happy with our service.
