The salesperson was very polite and knowledgeable. I was given enough time to lie on the beds to see which one was comfortable and suited me. The store was clean and the sales person was friendly and accommodating.

Good customer service, found the bed I wanted, reasonably price

When I first went to the store I was greeted by a new employee Fiona, she said she was fairly new, but helped us a great deal. Fiona's help was so useful that we returned the next day to make a purchase. Moses then helped us with the order and scheduled in a delivery date which was great that we could choose this.

The customer service was great- Diane was friendly and knowledgable, steering us towards products whic perfectly met our needs.

The advisor Noel, valley park store, was very helpfull, polite and informative.

I was impressed with both the product knowledge and the speed at which the products could be delivered from the time of placing the order. Only six days. I will most certainly be returning to Dreams Croydon branch future all my future bedding needs and would be most happy to recommend Dreams to all my friends.

I was served by Moses who made my visit and subsequent purchase very easy, explaining everything step by step.
