The lady serving us was very patient with us and my father can't walk very far and she listened to what he needed. Showed us some beds to try and didn't rush us. We also had our young children with us and she was very good with them too. Very helpful and not one bit pushy. Also informed us different pillows which was helpful.

Moses was a calm but knowledgable assistant who was very ready to show samples and bring alternative suggestions to help us decide what we wanted.

There was a good choice and the chap that served us was very helpful in explaining all the differant types of mattress as my husband has a bad back it was nice to be able to try them and he talked us through each one.

The staff and particularly charles and Ian the deputy and store manager were happy to help, had great knowledge of the products, when we came across problems, they went out there way to find a solution. Prices were reasonable but the store was clean and had a wide selection of beds to test, overall really happy with my final purchase.

Ian was so helpful he explained really well the differences between the Tempa mattress. He definately helped us make the decision to buy the mattress. I was very impressed with the service I received I will d3finately return to the store for my next purchase.

after visiting many bed stores; we have finally found what we were looking for and for a fair price (thanks GOD). The staff, especially Charles and Ian were very helpful and with a very good sense of humor.
