The service provided by the assistant Deryck was fantastic, he went above and beyond to help us.

I visited dreams as I had a very bad experience with Benson's for beds and had to cancel my order. With dreams I could find exactly what I wanted. Service of the sales person was fantastic and the best part was the waiting time for delivery which was much lesser than I anticipated.

Firstly Michelle offered her assistance send we said just browsing but we were approached by Deryk who was personable , knowledgeable and best of all not pushy .

We came to buy two single beds for our daughters. Deryck greeted us and answered all the questions we had. He showed us all available options and helped us to make a right choice to meet our and our daughters needs. We were offered water on a very hot day :) Deryck gave us an excellent customer service. The shop was very clean and social distancing in place. We got some free pillows with our order as well :) We would highly recommend Dreams in Croydon to our friends, family and other customers! :) Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very available but not over bearing. Quality and breadth of stock was good.

What a fabulous shopping experience in dreams Croydon, Noel was superb and being a hot day offered bottled water, and even tho I was looking for a sofa bed Noel asked if I wanted to use the machine for future purchase and tried the mattress you don’t sweat in and will be back for that sooner rather than later

The machine that measured us was impressive. Michael was extremely helpful and patient without putting any pressure. He let the products do most of the talking.
