I WAS GREETED ON MY ARRIVAL OFFERED DRINK. Shown around the shop showroom by Deryck given the chance to try out mattresses and given quotes and break downs on offers that were value for money. I was also allowed to try technology to find the right bed for my height and weight. Deryck was helpful and wearing full PPE to protect himself from spreading Covid 19 symptoms from others. Was allocated and presented with offers for new pillows and anti allergy mattress protector. I fully was pleased and made comfortable inside the store and was provided excellent customer would highly recommend this Branch store. B197 DERYCK

Noel the customer assistant was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with every step to help purchase a bed for our new home. He had great customer service and we left feeling very satisfied and getting exactly what we wanted and more from the shop
