There were a lot of beds on display. Lots of customer service advisors who had good product knowledge. They were patient and helpful when we needed answers.

product knowledge was excellent hence the purchase of the items

The staff and workers were very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the mattresses and frames which was huge help in deciding what mattress i wanted.They welcomed us into the store and were very patient ,they did not rush us into making a decision.

Michael was very pleasant and not pushy in anyway - he took time to ensure we found what we were looking for. He even went and blew up balloons for our children to keep them entertained - an all round nice guy that really knew his stuff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to be offered a cup of tea whilst making my purchase decision. The knowledge of the sales staff was also very good

Mel and Ian were so professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and we're so friendly and polite. This level of customer service is lacking in so many stores now days and I would recommend this specific store to everyone I know due to the level of service I received yesterday. I was approached by a young man called Eugene he was friendly and helpful he showed me the beds that had storage. I also needed to obtain mattress has Eugene not been with Dreams long his colleague Charlie supported him about the kind of mattress that would be suitable for my lower back problems. Charlie and Eugene where helpful and took time to hear my needs. Very pleased with there customer service.

Went in looking to buy a new mattress quickly, Michael was prompt, efficient and polite.
