The salesperson (Diane) who helped us with our purchase was extremely knowledgeable about all the beds which we found very helpful. she made us feel very welcome but didn't put us under pressure to buy any specific bed and was really helpful about pointing out all the different choices available. The super king size bed we ended up buying was very good value & felt extremely comfortable in the showroom. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Help was offered straightaway but I was allowed to look around at my leisure when I said that was what I wanted. When I asked about other things I was given the information but not pressured to decide today. The coffee was excellent!! A great shopping experience.

We had actually walked away from another bed store where the assistant and service had been very disappointing. Upon our arrival at Dreams, we were greeted by Michael who was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He assisted us from the moment we entered the store to the time we left and we were in store for a long time as we did not know the exact product we were looking for. His customer service was excellent. We have not yet received our purchase so cannot comment on the product.

We went out today to look for a new mattress but wasn't sure what type would suit us best as I have a few problems with my back and neck. The assistant took his time to explain the different types of mattresses available so we could make an informed choice that met our needs. We were not rushed and all our concerns, such as weight of the mattress when lifting to make the bed, were listened to and we were shown alternatives if we were unsure. We tested several mattresses, returning to some for a second evaluation before narrowing our possibilities to just two mattresses. Even then, the assistant suggested other options for us to consider. We were also asked if we would like refreshments during our visit, making us feel welcome and once again, unrushed. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Our purchase was a combination of two visits. Our first visit on bank holiday was to get a feel of the products available and gain some knowledge on what we were looking for. We received assistance and guidance and were given time to try out different mattresses. It was a comforting experience without being pushed too hard but our assistance was on hand to answer any questions we had. The Dreams 40 night guarantee was also really important to us and we were comforted knowing about the exchange policy. We felt that the assistant was honest and genuine and after thinking it over for two weeks, we were happy enough to return to the store to purchase our Vitality gel mattress. Even though we were spending a lot of money and making a big purchase, it felt safe to do this with Dreams based on our two visits.

The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about he took the time to go through the different kinds of beds we were looking for without being pushy and understood what we wanted he was very friendly and a great member of staff with a great attitude

I was purchasing a bed for my mom who is in hospital currently. I explained to Darren the assistant what I was looking for (Divan, total height with mattress of 20" and soft mattress. We measured some bases and he suggested the lowest divan available and then suggested memory foam as a soft mattress. He was very helpful and we worked out what would suit my mum best.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant and the opportunity to take as much time as we needed to decide on our purchase. We were also offered a cup of coffee which was nice.
