Charles - the sales person- was exceptional.

It was great, this is the second time I ordered something from dreams they are awesome in helping the customers

The lady who served myself and my husband was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us choose the correct product that we needed.

Very happy with the purchase (mattress) from Dreams. The shop assistance was ever so patient and showed us all the products and their specifications, he did not rush us and even offered us something to drink while we were there. I would scored our experience at Dreams 10/10, it wouldn't be for the delivery date almost 3 weeks waiting time to receive the product.

The worker gave good advise and was quick and efficacy

We were allowed time and space to try out different mattresses and the salesman didn't hassle us.

Moses was the perfect assistant. Knowledgeable, available, friendly, non intrusive, helpful, honest. Best shop service I can. Personally recall.

I have never bought a bed from Dreams and as soon as I walked in the the dreams colleagues were very friendly and opened the door for me because i had my baby niece in a buggy i was very happy with the customer service and the variwty of the beds i have already recommended friends and family.

The staff were very attentive and gave me all the information and time I needed to make the right decision.
