The Dreams salesman (Charlie) was very knowledgeable and helpful, but at the same time not pushy and left us alone to try the mattresses and decide what was best for us.

Charlie - the assistant manager at Purley Way Store was excellent. We came into see him a few months back and remembered him. When we went back, we wanted to purchase our new bed through him. Exceptional customer service

Michael Dream colleague very helpful and knowledgeable explained clearly different types of bed available. Explained order details very well answered my questions also very well. Fresh coffee was nice touch of service.
