The assistant was easy to understand and friendly. His knowledge and helpful manner was very good.

The staff member who served us was friendly, listened to what we wanted, gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. We were given as much time as we needed to make our decision, we were invited but not pushed into purchasing additional items, delivery date was ideal. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Moses assistance right from the moment he asked if 'can l help you.' He was polite and unassuming, his approach was welcoming anhis knowledge of the products was impressive. Moses was patient and l felt he could sell ice to an eskimo. He is an asset to your store. Thank you Moses, l left the store feeling l he had made me feel good.

Moses at the Purley branch was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, caring and paitent. He made drinks for me ans my family during the visit and was very knowledgeable on the products. He is good value for a promotion!

Excellent customer service

Overall I had 30 minutes during my lunch break to get a bed, mattress and base. The information received was excellent and the entire process took 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally the speed of delivery was also better than other companies.

Diane was very helpful and knowledgeable, we left with the perfect mattress for us and very happy overall.

The experience was very easy, Deryck the person that helped us was very polite and knowledgeable, which help, we had not charged our current mattress since 2004 so his guidance really help in making the right choice. the process was quick and easy and very happy with the service
