As soon as I entered the store I went to ask for help as I knew what I required. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The whole time spent in the shop was under 30 minutes allowing me time to enjoy the rest of my day.

Everything is clearly labeled. Staff were friendly without a hard sale atmospher. Staff were very knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied with my overall experience. I took my time to decide what I wanted and felt quite comfortable in store.

Variety of products and assistance from colleagues

Fantastic service and we felt totally confident in and trusted the advice we were given. We weren't made to feel pressured or rushed, which was lovely. We even ended up buying some temper pillows which we didn't expect to. Delighted with the service and have already recommended the store to family. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff.

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, discussed various options and offered good advice. Very friendly approach (and good sense of humour). Clear statement of price, delivery details etc. He carefully checked several times that all details (addresses etc) were correct. Altogether a very good shopping experience.

It was a pleasant experience with very helpful staff. We were able to test various mattresses and found the bed we wanted. It was nice to get it all in the sale as we probably wouldn't have gone through with the purchase at the regular price.

I was given time to look around without being hassled. As soon as I sought help there was a person available. He was polite and knowledgeable (for example I wanted to know the number of springs in a particular mattress and he knew immediately. He also was clear in the information he gave me through out the purchase.

Michael was lovely and knew his stuff but did not push too hard.
