Customer service was exceptional. Noel was excellent and was very friendly. He offered great customer service, offered pillows and gave drinks on arrival.

My wife had a nose bleed during the visit. The staff could not have been more helpful to her.

Our sales assistant Noel, was very knowledgeable. We were offered tea / coffee whilst our order was being processed.

Deryck was very friendly and showed how knowledgeable he is about all the items. Received a warm welcome and the offer of bottles of water was very well received.

We were very Satisfied with the care and attention Noel took and he is vey knowledgeable on the products and very attentive to our requirements.

Michael was amazing very ver friendly knowledgable and he went all the way to help us we thought his customer service was exceedingly good the staff were friendly also it was a very good experience shopping at Dreams and pricing really good also will totally recommend to anyone

Rosa the staff member at Croydon was very helpful. She welcomed us upon entry, was very considerate of my pregnant wife and young children. Her product knowledge, stock, and availability of items was very good. She showed us many options and helped us to choose the correct bed for our needs. Overall very satisfied.

My mother is part blind and moses the assistant was very helpful and made notes on her delivery about this so when the mattress gets delivered the men will help with the new mattress and old one also she was shown a few mattress to choose from and was able to test them out and she was happy with her service

The staff were so helpful, especially Rosa. She was really patient and lovely and helped us find the perfect mattress.

Good selection of products. Large store so able to maintain social distancing. Staff were helpful but not pushy.
