Fast efficient service and didn't feel pressured to buy. very pleased with my chosen date as I am moving and I was accommodated with my requirements.

The customer service was very attentive throughout my visit. The mattress that I wanted was available and there was a range to try out before I made my purchase. I also liked the 8 year guarantee that was offered (although I do think that the price of removing the old mattress should be lower).

We were highly satisfied with our visit because of the staff member we dealt with (Michael Validation Code197). Michael was very friendly, genuine, helpful and knowledgable. He also was not pushy and allowed us time to consider what we were buying. This is one reason why we decided to purchase from this store on this day.

The assistant Melissa was a star. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the store and assisted me with the item I was interested in. She actually was the reason I bought it as she made me sit on the product and talked about all the features. She was very friendly throughout the sale she is an asset to the company. If you do any incentive please can u ensure that she gets a mention as I am very happy with her service

Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The whole experience was delightful . I would highly recommend this store and would definitely return again .
