Diane was attentive without being overbearing. She had a very good product knowledge and help us through the selection process. The cup of coffee was a nice touch!

Was allowed enough time to browse the store but then easy to flag down a salesperson. Knowledgeable staff and understanding our needs without being too pushy.

The bunkbed I chose was in stock and also on display in the store so I was able to have a look at the actual product before purchasing it. The staff were friendly and gave me options and all the information I needed.

I have been shopping around for a bed for a long time in stores and online. I found Dreams to be the most helpful and satisfactory with the prices on beds and other accessories. The lady who helped me called Deeanne told me she was new but I must say she was a credit to you very professional! All of the other staff I came into contact with were of the same.

Asked on arrival if we wanted a cup of tea and coffee, and once we tried a couple of mattresses Michael our assistance guided us to what we were looking for.
