Excellent service,friendly staff , even got a cup of tea !

Derek in the valley park croydon store was very good at his job. Heach was perlite through out and very friendly as well

The salesman was Deryck who helped me. I was short on time and the sale was completed in about 10 minutes as I knew what I wanted and Deryck gave good advice.

Helpful sales assistance and found the product we were looking for and avialed of 0% finance option

We had a salesman called Moses that was very attentive to our needs, was friendly, helpful and got us what we need in no time at all.

The customer service was superb. Deeanne came over asked if we wanted drinks, was knowledgeable, kind and very personable. We chose a lovely mattress and bed and were delighted with the service!

As soon as we entered the store the colleague approached us to see if we needed any assistance and after explaining our requirements to him he spent a lot of time explaining all the different options available to us and which products he then thought would be best. He explained everything in great detail and was so patient with us which made us feel really comfortable and able to make a selection without feeling any pressure. We were very impressed with the service and would definetly recommend Dreams to family and friends.
