We were greeted by a member of staff after a short time who pointed us to what we needed and offered to see us after he’d finished with other customers. After perusing the mattresses we needed for a couple of minutes Michael approached us and was extremely helpful with his product knowledge and unbiased advice. He also sold us some additional pillows that we hadn’t come in for but were glad to buy. I also amended the delivery date over the phone and despite quite a lengthy wait to speak to someone, Kira was very friendly and extremely efficient.

The staff member was really efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the purchase done quickly, he advised of delivery and ability to postpone if need be. Really good customer service

I was helped straight away, I knew what I wanted in the bed furniture but unsure with the mattress,The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me expect advise and demonstration.

The sales assistant was very polite introducing himself as Harry . The first thing he did was offer us a drink , and explained in detail about sleepmatch which we did he gave us a pillow when testing mattresses and we bought pillows as well. Harry made us feel very comfortable and would recommend dreams to family and friends .

We were greeted by Noel when we entered the store ,he was very helpful & gave us advice on the beds we were looking at. He offered us a drink ,we had water then helped us choose a mattress. We tried a few before choosing one. After deciding on the bed we did the paper work which was straightforward. Noel was happy & very friendly . We had a laugh with him which you don't usually have in a shop .

We were served by Deryck and he was very helpful and really took the time to get to know what we wanted, we wasn't rushed and felt happy with his service. We came back a week later and went back to him for our purchase as we felt he was very helpful.
