Had a really nice gentleman called Michael who served us ,answered all question was most helpful and sold as a headboard as well as new mattress .

Friendly greeting. Understood my needs. shown all the options, then left to consider, with no pressure. then a speedy sale. early delivery.

Staff were very helpful at the store in Purley way. Delivery was done in time and the guys were polite. Thank you for everything. I love the bed and will visit when I need a new one. Kind regards

Barret processed the order efficiently and explained the delivery and product insurance options in great detail, no pressure was applied to the sale or the products just great advice when asked

My daughter required a new bed so we visited dreams. Michael was our server and had great knowledge of the products. The staff were welcoming, helpful, polite and purchasing the items were straightforward. Michael made myself and my wife a lovely tea and took time to listen to my daughter and her requirements of a bed and a mattress which he fulfilled. We will be visiting in the near future to purchase another bed. Couldn't be any more happier with the speed of delivery either.
