Staff very friendly, helpful , approachable and been served in couple minutes. They goods are very good quality we bought from them previously furniture and we happy with it , because we keep coming back there .

The store was clean and very well laid out and the colour coding of the mattresses was extremely useful. I knew what matress I wanted and the salesperson knew exactly what matress I was after and he also showed me some other matress that may suit my needs. I was supplied with a pillow and he made one awesome cup of tea. He was friendly in his approach but also not over powering in the sales and I felt comfortable trying out different matresses around the store. I then enquiries about a bed which again he knew about and also helped me on selecting the right size and tog bedding. The purchase side of things went fine and he (Moses in Valley Park, Croydon) explained all the purchase side of things with a good approach and highlighted some key areas for me. Very good sale person and technique.

I was highly satisfied with the staffs help and the quality of the products we purchased. Ordering was very easy and speed of delivery is great to.

Dream's Colleague Moses in Croydon was very patient and helpful with us. We only got to the store half an hour before closing time, but he let us take as long as we needed and provided all the information we requested. After the store closed, we chose our mattress and he calmly took all our details to enable us to buy it on credit. We finished everything close to an hour after the store closed, but Moses was still cheerful. We really appreciated his help and being so friendly.

There was good service and very good products. We especially liked the assembly aspect of our order.

I walked into the store and was acknowledge straight away. I was allowed to browse for a few minutes and then Moses approached me. He was very friendly, understood my needs and too his time to explain the benefits of each bed. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything and it just felt like he was giving me advice. This in turn made me spend more and get all the added extras.

I came into the store at 9am and was the first/only customer. I wanted to get in early as the store is a bit of a drive away from my house and my mum has been terminally unwell and also didnt want to leave her too long on her own. As i came into the Purley Way store i was greeted by a nice friendly face who smiled and welcomed me into the branch and asked me if i would like a nice hot drink (it was pretty cold outside), tea, coffee. I declined as I was keen to press on and find a bed base. Michael the assistant was so helpful to me, asking my needs and what I was looking for. I was actually just after a bed base because i had 4 slipped discs in 2016 and although i had replaced my mattress with a good orthopedic one, it was still giving me some pain. I found the bed base i wanted. Then I noticed the Therapur mattress and decided to have a sit on it. Well, that was it, sold! Michael advised me the benefits of this mattress, then showed me the pillows - which i also bought. I was allowed to test out, I was offered warm drinks and made to feel at home. I felt like a customer and was pleased to order bed/mattres/pillows. 5 stars to Michael, what a great customer advisor :)
