Having previously bought a mattress for my daughter we wanted to check out the larger sizes. We were greeted by Diane who was very helpful serving us,had good knowledge of the products she was recommending to suit our needs.

Diane our sales assistant was very attentive and spent a lot of time going through our needs and showing us all available products. We were not intending to purchase on our visit but was so happy with the service and products available we did purchase in the end.

The store manager was wonderful, very helpful and even though he was helping me he was polite to other customers and was also able to assist them and came back to check on me.

Was able to find someone to make an order with very quickly, they were very friendly and approachable. Offered us a hot beverage, and made the payment process very easy.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy.

Friendly knowledgable sales assistant. As soon as we walked into the store we were assisted with our purchase. Information given on different products to ensure we made the right decision. Even given a hot drink!!
