Dreams - Croydon

As soon as we arrived, one of the shop employees came straight over to us and asked us what we were looking for that day. He wasn't pushy and even showed us to a machine which helped pick our bed. Once we knew what we were looking for he showed us a couple of options after listening to specific design requests. He then gave us time to look around and pick for ourselves, while staying close enough to help with any queries we had. Once we chose, the buying experience was fantastic and did not take long at all. There was also an offer of drinks the entire time.

Michael was was very professional, had all the information I needed. Above all he was very friendly, patient and respectful which for me was very important. He didn't try to rush me, very patient in helping me make the right choice by answering all my questions patiently and efficiently. Good customer service that is very rare to find in London. Thanks to Michael. Very pleasant experience, he didn't look down on me like what are you doing here, you don't belong here. Amazing man.

Rosa was great and helped me pick out the best matress for me.

The staff, Moses and Michael at Valley Park, were polite friendly and knowledgeable and did not push too hard with the sales chat which we appreciated. We were delighted with the mattress we purchased.

Greeted by friendly member of staff (Harry). He demonstrated the mattress match equipment, which gave choice of mattress. We were then shown suitable mattresses and chose one. The actual purchase was dealt with swiftly and competently. We had a pleasant experience.

Our shop assistant Moses was very friendly. Patient and was able to direct me to exactly the right mattresses that I needed.

Michael was a Dream to deal with. When we entered the store (it was very early, we were the first customers) he was the first to let us know that he's available for assistance should we require it. Looking at all the choices, we realised we didn't even really know where to start so enlisted his help. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable and knew when to leave us be to try the beds but hovering in the background for any time we needed anything. He even got us beverages and set us up for the Sleep Match machine. His service was excellent.

Large selection if mattresses, tried them all, chose the one I liked
