Dreams - Croydon

We have been in the market for new mattresses for a while but put off the task thinking it might be a hassle. We went into the Purley Valley Park branch on the off-chance of browsing and were greeted by the assistant manager Deryck who was exceptionally polite and knowledgable. We had an idea of what we wanted and Deryck helped us find what that actually was in terms of a mattress, and encouraged us to try them in-store and gave us space to do so. We talked a little more and he gave us more information to find the mattress that suited our sleeping best, and gave us the space to try them which is what we like. (He also brought lovely hot drinks for us in this time!) Deryck additionally advised my father on pillows that would suit his neck issues, and after this time we felt confident enough with the knowledge and experience to buy 2 mattresses there and then.

I received everything I needed.

I was looking for a bed that was with in our budget snd imcouldcwipe down if need be. Storage was a necessity. The shop assistance knew straight away what to show us.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member who understood what we were looking for. He gave us pillows to use and test on the beds, he also offered us a selection of drinks. We were then left to look and try the beds, after choosing which we wanted more information on we the selected the bed we wanted. Again we were offered drinks before proceeding with our purchase. When our purchase was complete we were given a free mattress protecter. Very satisfied

Was offered a tea & coffee as soon as we entered the store which was much appreciated as wet & co!d outside never happened in any store I'd been In Before. Great touch. The sales assistant was very friendly helpful & knowledgeable. Left the shop feeling happy

The customer service was very pleasant, listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options until I found the right product. All staff was patient with my young son who wanted to skip and run in the shop, we were even offered to use the bathroom when my son needed it. The agent walked me through everything in detail and there was nothing else I could have asked for, pleasant shopping experience.
