We enjoyed the experience as the customer service was excellent and could advise properly concerning our needs. He was well informed of each product and was very patience with us. We were well taken care off as coffee was offered and we could talk and express what we wanted. Very happy with the service and would recommend everyone to use it!!!

I was straight away seen by a member of staff. Provided me with drink ie hot chocolate. The only negative thing is I have to pay £10 for Saturday delivery and £33 for recycling of old mattress.

the employee noel was straight over to us the minute we walked through the door greeting us very promptly and politely. He was extremely helpful and made us a hot drink and was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed. He also gave us a better quote than what we already had and chucked in a freebie which was nice of him. very pleased with the service we received. we will definitely come back with our next purchase and would be definitely recommend

Your staff have been very polite and efficient from my visit to your store to delivery, which arrived very promptly at the allotted time. I have not slept on the mattress yet as it has only just arrived. The delivery guys were very careful and gave me advise regarding airing and turning the mattress.

It was quick, friendly and highly satisfactory.

This was our first ever visit to the dreams store and was highly impressed. Excellent customer service and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. Did not try to sell us something we did not want.

The person who served us (Moses) was very welcoming and made us feel at ease. He was very knowledgable and helpful and did not rush us or persuade us which product to go for. He provided us with all options for the base bed and mattresses as well as pillows. Based on this I would recommend Dreams and recommend to speak to this gentleman. Much appreciated and many thanks to Moses.

After browsing online I knew what I was i wanted and when in store i was approached by Deryck who assisted me instanty in a friendly manner, i explanined what i wanted and he was able to show me where it was in the shop and explained about the deals on offer at that time which encouraged me to then look at a bed frame as well as a mattress. Deryck was helpful but not at all pushy and let me browse in my time whilst finding out details for me on beds i showed interest in. The offer of tea or coffee was also grately appreciated, as well as making sure i hadnt forgotten about pillows and headboard. He was professional, approachable, bubbly and made the whole experience easy and straight forward.

The shop assistant listened to our briefing and was able to show us the exact products that meet our needs. This meant we was able to make a quick decision which made the whole process easy. The shop assistant was very friendly too.
