Dreams - Croydon

I walked into the store knowing which bed I was interested in, the assistant was extremely helpful in showing me beds in different sizes to help me decide which bed to purchase. Was extremely efficient in sorting out delivery dates and finance.

We were served and dealt with by Dreams employee Deryck at the Croydon, Valley Leisure park branch. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave my wife and I the space to make a decision on our purchase. He offered us drinks and explained to us about the special offers and deals - overall he was excellent and provided top class customer service. He answered all of our many questions confidentally and reassured us.

The assistant Moses was very welcoming and did not 'push' for a sale, but answered and explained our questions

We found Micheal to be very friendly and approachable. He was able to build a report with us quickly and had a good sense of humour putting us at ease. He answered our questions with a high level of knowledge and the gave us space to look around the shop, but checked back in with us after about ten minutes. The whole process of getting a new mattress was very smooth and efficient and we were not pressured in any way.

Arrived, within a couple minutes of looking around was served by a friendly Helper who listened to my needs. Showed me the beds, gave a pillow for me to try out and offered a coffee. The beds were better value than I thought they would be. Kindly helped sort delivery and to take away old mattress. Took a while to decide but still very polite throughout.
