The gentleman who helped us was very nice and helpful, we looked at lots of different price ranges which was nice, and he didn't make us feel pressured to get the expensive one.

Tanya our sales assistant was very accomodating and friendly, no rush and lots of information, even made us a coffee! Short delivery time and delivery men were very helpful and polite. All round positive experience, now all I need is to win this draw lol

I went to Croydon branch and was assisted in a excellent polite mannar though out by Moses he was so fantastic and let me lay on a pillow and test the bed to my confort and help me purchase my item with ease. Would definitely shop at dreams again!

We knew that there was a vast stock but the sales lady immediately assisted our needs and requirements with efficient and effective knowledge of all products which made the experience easy.

My husband and I visited the Dreams store at Valley Park a few weeks previously to have a look at the mattresses available and talked to Michael about our needs. We returned on 17th March with our two teenage daughters to select a new mattress for each of them and again were served by Michael who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient with our daughters as they tried to decide which mattress was for them. It was a freezing Saturday afternoon and we were delighted to also be given a lovely cup of coffee while we looked at the mattresses. Even though we kept Michael beyond the store closing time while the paperwork was completed, he remained polite and helpful throughout.

We were served by the store manager Berret, he was absolutely incredible, so kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our visit to Dreams and left very satisfied with our purchase and in a much happier mood thanks to Berret.

We had done extensive research on mattresses and divans both online and visiting companies (including other Dreams Stores) to 'try before you buy'. We had a very good idea of the bed frame and mattress we wanted but was pleased to be guided by the very knowledgeable Noel at the Croydon store. We were reassured that we were making an excellent investment and our understanding between two differing types of mattresses was correct. This was extremely reassuring and we able, with the utmost of confidence, place our order there and then. Having visited the Bognor Regis store that day and received no support from staff, Noel was a credit to your company since we had almost decided to return to a competitor in the Purley Way. Thank you Noel, I am sure we will soon enjoy many years of comfortable sleep!
