The atmosphere in the store was very cordial and the attendant (Moses) was very respectful and helpful in assisting us to make a choice and took a final decision. We will always go back in that store at Vally Park. Croydon to shop when ever necessary.

The staff were extremely helpful and also I appreciated being allowed to browse on my own without any hassle.

We were served by Tanya who was cortious respectful she took the time to explained the products Sh is an inspiration to the store in our view she is the Best sale person we have ever met in a very long time she deserves a pay rise.

Our observation by the seller name tanya is that she have a good knowledge of the products she presented to us. She is very polite,courteous, pleasant very good in her job.

On entering the store I was asked if I required any assistance, I said I was just looking at the moment. Tanya, the assistant, then asked if I would like a hot drink while I browsed. I had coffee which was lovely. I was not hassled by any salesperson which for me was a very big plus, they were however, ready to help when asked. Tanya was extremely informative and made my visit & subsequent purchase relaxing & enjoyable. I haven't bought a bed for over 20 years so the information Tanya gave me was very helpful.

Customer service was great, very attending accommodating and understood our needs. Staff were polite and were able to agree on a bed we was 100% happy with. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new bed!

I was served by a gentleman called Moses he was extremely helpful and friendly he helped me with my choice even though I kept changing my mind
