Was greeted quickly by Barret and listened to my needs. He pointed to products and gave me the opportunity to have a look/consider the opportunities before proceeding and choosing my final purchase.

We were welcomed straight away by Diane and offered tea/coffee and told to take our time to look around and come back and ask any questions. We were also offered a better pillow to try the beds out with. At no time did we feel rushed or under pressure at all. We are very happy with our purchases.

Informative, understanding and answering our queries, polite, good customer skills, with a smile!!

Good customer service. Store had a lot of choice & price far better than Bensons. Much nicer beds also. Good coffee too.

Employee was extremely helpful and friendly. She made my experience a whole lot easier. Bed I had chosen turned out to be discontinued, but have ordered a bed in the same price range and better than the original. Thank you so much for your help Diane at Croyden valley retail park. 🙂

Barret clearly explained to us the different types of mattress and identified which best suited our need and price range. He recommended 4 options and we purchased the 4 option. Barrett was courteous and professional clearly explaining all steps for the sale and delivery.

We have visited a few bed showrooms in our hunt for the perfect bed in our price range. Which is what we feel we found here. The assistant that helped us we felt gave us just the right amount of attention, welcoming us when we arrived and offering his services but not hovering over us until we requested assistance. We were offered coffee, which was actually very nice and although it was late in the day on a Saturday we’re not rushed into making a decision. The salesperson took time to understand our needs and price up the combination of bed frame and mattress that we required. Interest free purchasing was a plus and although we spent a little more than we intended we felt our purchase was value for money.

I was not swamped with pushy sales staff. Assistant was pleasant and listened to our needs
