I was greeted immediatly by Moses, he asked me if I needed assistance at that time I said not at the moment, and left me to browse, he popped back several times to check if I needed assistance and brought me a coffee, once I'd decided on a matress & frame, he helped me choose a pillow (bringing me about 5 to try) when putting the order through he was efficient and so friendly- the helpful members of staff are the main reason I'd return to Dreams.

Noel was the assistant that served us today. He was quick to approach us and understand our needs and immediately provided the right product options with a complete accurate brief for each. He was exceptionally friendly and spent his time with us, not pushing us to hurry the sale. He offered us drinks and recommended products that we did not think of purchasing on the visit e.g. the superb tempur pillows. He explained the end to end process and was very clear.

Excellent customer service. As soon as I enter the shop sales person Noel greeted me with the smile. He carefully listen what I want and made an excellent suggestion.

On entering the store we were greeted by a lovely lady Diane who was very attentive even offering coffee to us . She explained the different mattresses and in no way did we feel pressured to buy . We were left to browse but the staff were on hand to answer any questions when needed We were asked if we would like to purchase pillows but we felt that there were no hard sales and we were very happy with the service

Great - I got all I need in one place and had a very friendly and helpful person advise me and help make my decisions.

Diane was knowledgeable, understood that our children were worn out by shopping so offered our eldest a hot chocolate to appease her while she processed the order which worked wonderfully. She took the time to test firmness of mattresses twice which each of my husband and I while the other was on duty with the children. Fantastic service. Thank you!
