We were looked after by Michael and he was absolutely great. Even when it reached closing time he did not rush us. He took his time to explain everything and was very helpful. Already have been recommending to all my friends and family.

The guy that looked after us was fantastic. We were offered drinks and everything was explained to us. The guys name was Michael code:197. We were very impressed. Thank you.

The salesperson Deryck was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to look at a wide variety of mattresses in the store and came away satisfied that we'd found one most suitable for our needs.

We were welcomed almost as soon as we walked in the store Michael quickly identified our needs and we were soon able to make a choice.

We were greeted by the lovely Moses upon our arrival on Saturday morning. He wasn't pushy but asked if there was anything he could help us with. YES! I desperately needed a new Super-King mattress. I've recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and my previous bed from Dreams was now too firm and causing me to have disrupted nights. Moses took us into the showroom and explained how he could help. Fantastic, I needed guidance and Moses understood exactly how I felt and knew where to direct me and my husband. He offered us a drink before showing us different beds we could try. He gave us some comfortable pillows to use too which was great. He spent a good 45 minutes with us, letting us try and retry different beds. We finally settled on a rather pricy but well worth it mattress. After all his effort I knew Moses had found us the perfect one. Ordering was great. He offered us an affordable payment plan, an 8 year guarantee and free mattress protector. The whole experience was a dream, excuse the pun, and we have been so excited since in anticipation of our new bed. Thank you Moses, you were wonderful, kind, caring and patient. We couldn't have done it without you.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. Moses was really friendly and thorough and made sure we felt comfortable while we chose our mattress and bed.

I looked for the item on line then went to your shop in Valley Park. I was served straight away and the assistant showed me what I had ask for and the colour. The delivery date was confirmed and I was very satisfied.

Heard what we wanted and showed a range that he felt we could look at. He did not try rush us and was very helpful. Was a painless experience.
