I received a welcoming and professional service from the staff who dealt with my order at your Croydon store. I am very happy with the overall service including the coffee.

The lady welcomed us in the store - asked if I want a coffee . Was so welcoming I felt like we was friends . Due to her knowledge and service I was happy to go ahead and wait for her to finish with another customer to be served by her. It’s safe to say I will be coming back for the bed in our box rooom . I would say he is a true asset to Dreams and someone the company should do the almost to retain as a member of staff and promote within the organisation as staff like that don't come by everyday. The whole experience of shopping in Dreams was amazing and this is because of Deryck. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced and I shop again in Dreams because Deryck went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I purchased the right produce for us.

We were welcomed into the store, offered tea and coffee and encouraged to try a wide range of beds. We were made to feel very comfortable and were given pillows when we tried the beds. We were given a lot of information about all the beds and were shown a colour coded guide to the mattresses which really helped us choose.
