The service I received from your sales assistant Malwina Szymkiewicz ( MS109) was magnificent. She welcomed us into the store and gave us time to look around before approaching us. She had excellent product knowledge on Tempur products and the ottoman bed frame we were looking for and I felt at ease with her as she demonstrated a very good understanding of our needs and helped us to make a better overall decision as we were purchasing several products. Malwina demonstrates that she is a caring and extremely professional individual who must be very highly thought of in the Purley Way branch and I would consider to buy items from your store and recommend this store to others because of her. We were served by MALVINA, who was fantastic. She had all the knowledge we needed to make the right purchase. She wasn't pushy and made us feel the purchase was our decision. She helped us choose the right bed for us.

The sales assistance in the Croydon Branch (Valley Park) was unbelievably helpful, friendly and welcoming. To be honest, if it wasn't for Michael Day we probably would've left the store empty handed but the way he sold us the items made me and my wife want to buy the bed from me. He was extremely knowledgeable about every single product we asked him about and he couldn't have made our experience in the store any better. He should be rewarded for how good he actually is and I hope his work doesn't go unnoticed.

I was extremely impressed by Moses at the Valley Park store in Croydon. He was friendly, approachable and had great product knowledge of the mattress I purchased. He was very helpful and listened to my needs, which allowed him to tailor his skills in the right area. He explained everything the ordering process from start to finish, which left me reassured and satisfied. Great salesman and a token to that particular store.

I was quickly offered assistance once I entered the store, in a friendly and unaggressive manner. After going through what I was looking for with the shop assistant, Moses then led me to a few options around and about what I suggested would be ideal. After going through these options, Moses then gave me some space and time to make my decisions. Once making a decision in my own time, Moses came back over to enquire how I was getting on. Having made my decision he then took me over to go through payment options. This took a bit of time because of minor systems issues, but was a painless process. And I even decided to buy a new pillow (which I hadn't intended to do) because the one I was given to try out mattresses with felt so supportive. It was overall a very good shopping experience, and I am sure I will be happy with the purchase for a good many years.
