Micheal I believe was the gentleman dealt with us. He was amazing. He is the reason I am completing this survey. He is perfect sales man.

I knew what I wanted. The sales guy didn't try to hard sell me anything else, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a very easy visit.

Moses was incredibly helpful. He offered us pillows and coffee and wasn't pushing us to purchase but advising us on the best product for us.

The assistant was amazing and made everything go so smoothly

We immediately got served by Malvina who was very helpful and friendly. She listened to all of our needs and found exactly what we wanted. The process was very efficient and we walked away with our ideal mattress within half an hour. Thank you very much for your help!

The store was big with lots of options on display. I liked that every bed was colour coded based on softness/firmness of mattress. There were plenty of staff working but none of them were pushy. They welcomed us to the store but let us browse without interrupting too much, all the same we knew they were available to ask questions if we needed. We did ask for a discount if we bought a bundle and was offered a % off whereas we were declined this at dreams wimbldon, which was why we did not purchase there.

The salesman was extremely helpful with a lot of patience explaining everything clearly to me and my son and wife who were with me.

I was highly satisfied of the customer service that was given to me and the experience of the assistance manger of all the goods in the store.

We were greeted as soon as we got in and offered tea/coffee. The sales assistant was quite helpful and did his best to guide me to the product I was looking for. He was also considerate to the fact that we needed to hurry things up for children pick up.
