When walking in, the store was well organised and clean. As we entered, we were instantly greeted and asked if we needed any help which we didn’t at the time but it let us know that the staff was ready and willing to help us straight away. A wonderful lady named Diane assisted us in the end and did a fantastic job with helping us with choosing the right products as well as ordering it all at our convinience.

Nothing to complain about

We were served by Diane at the Purley Way branch as we walked in she greeted us with a smile a very warm and friendly welcome. During the visit she took her time to explain about the different choices, discounts. Mattress and Pillows are great - thank you :)

Excellent service

Noel was knowledgeable about all products and helped us select which bed best suited our needs. We were unaware of 'names' of products and Noel guided our way through each step making us feel comfortable and not under pressure to buy.

Deryck was very helpful - on my first occasion months ago to test products and then again last weekend when I was ready to make a purchase.

The store manager (Barret) greeted us enthusiastically, offered us a drink and was very helpful in finding the products that we wanted. He was patients and helpful with all our requests and was able to provide discounts and offers with our purchases. When our delivery was 6 weeks or over he was very apologetic and offered to help change the order or provide discounts on the service of building the bed. We felt very relaxed and not under pressure to hurry up and choose something, he provided pillows and allowed us time to browse and deliberate. We have been very happy with this service.

YOUR STAFF MEMBER WHO SERVED US WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE IN THE RANGE OF PRODUCTS THAT WE WISHED TO LOOK AT AND QUICKLY GAVE US INFORMATION ON THOSE PRODUCTS - WHICH INCLUDED PRICE, QUALITY AND DELIVERY OPTIONS.

Noel, the sales assistant was extremely helpful

Deryck was very knowledgable and helpful and put me at ease when looking for a mattress. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family looking to purcashe a new bed.
