We were greeted on arrival by Deryck who was very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. After a few minutes he asked if he could help guide us for what we were after and offered us the opportunity to use the sleep match machine. We were both very impressed with the technology with the sleep match. Deryck then showed us the mattresses that were best suited for us. Deryck spent a lot of time with us and also offered us a bottle of water. He also gave us some space to allow us to converse about making a decision, and afterwards kindly talked us through all of the finance options. Deryck made our experience at Dreams really enjoyable and very stress free.

Friendly staff not too pushy and really knowledgable

Staff where friendly and polite, we only popped in to look around and due to the politeness we walked out with the perfect bed for us . Delivery was within 2 weeks and they take our old bed and mattress away making it less stressful. We where advised on what mattress was best for us using the sleep detector and staff let us try out some of the mattresses ( didn't know there was so many ). As part of our order we where given the opportunity to pay over 10, 20 or 30 months . In the delivery dreams gave us 4 free pillows and a mattress protector free

Michel was patient and spent lots of time explaining the different beds, the advantages of each inorder to be able to select one suitable for me. I was allowed to test the different bed types before choosing one. Exceptional customer service from Michael

The person who served us was friendly, polite and efficient. She offered us a drink, then explained all the other products and services without being pushy, making the experience quite enjoyable.

Because of the personal service of Diane Barret, who greeted us with a cheery and courteous manner. Listened to our personal needs and was very patient. She talked us through the sleep machine and took time to explain the results. She provided us with pillows and drinks.

Very friendly staff, good advice, great product found, clean store that was comfortable to shop in.
