The right amount of attention and information given. We were given space to decide but he was available for questions. All of us were offered a cup of coffee and the children were given a balloon.

We were able to browse at our leisure and the colleagues were very happy to help when we knew what we wanted, and were able to answer our questions easily.

I was assisted by two different members of staff, both of whom were charming. The one who handled the purchase of the mattress, made me tea, double checked through all the paperwork with me and was generally a delight to deal with. We bought our own mattress from Dreams five years ago and were returning on this trip to buy my stepdaughter's. When we have enough money to put a bed in the spare room - we'll be back :)

We was greeted as soon as we came in the store, offered drinks and was shown around the beds and items so we could pick the best item. Everyone was very helpful, kind and smiley.
