Barret was very knowledgeable both on the product & where it was placed in the store. We were also pleased that he did not try to talk us into changing our minds on the product we had gone to the shop to purchase after visiting your website whilst researching our new bed base.

Barret was very helpfull in assisting me in finding single mattresses. He explained the different types and price points.

Me and my wife were very satisfied by the experience whilst at the store. Barrett, a member of staff that served us, made us feel very welcome and was very likeable. He made us feel at ease and listened to our requirements and was very honest and professional in his response.

Both assistant were very pleasant, efficient and able to explain the different options available for the Francis ottoman bed. My experience from viewing to purchasing was quick with no problems.

Deeyck was very helpful and attentive. He was not simply trying to sell the most expensive item. He listened to what I wanted and made suitable recommendations. Overall, it was a very quick and easy experience.

We were attended to as soon as we entered the store by a charming man called Moses - we explained what we were looking for (zip and link beds) and he took us straight over to them. He clearly explained all the differences and costs and how the mattresses were made and was not at all pushy. The store was well laid out and clean and we were offered a drink. Moses couldn't have been more helpful.
