We had never used the store before and found it well presented with a good range of products, Darren assisted us but was not overwhelming, we were served tea whilst we browsed and our questions were answered honestly and with an impressive knowledge of the product range. We chose and purchased the items (a bed, mattress and pillows) with the advice of your staff who was very patient when I had to come back a few minutes later after I realised I had ordered the wrong size and amendments were made without any fuss. I would definitely recommend this store and its staff to any of our friends and family.

Not a pushy hard sale Dreams Store, Diane allowed us to look around and was available to answer all our questions and give her opinion which we valued to progessing to purchasing.
