Dreams - Croydon

Diane in the Croydon store is a credit to your company. She has excellent customer skills and takes time with you and has a great understanding of what she sells. If I was her employee I would get all staff to use her skills and friendliness and welcoming to your store.

I have always wanted a dreams mattress but in the past never been able to splash out on a luxury one. I gave it a try and was approached by Diane who went out of her way to find me the perfect mattress within my budget! She exceeded excellent customer service and I would definitely come back to receive Diane's help again. Great service with fast delivery. I am truly grateful.

Good customer service

The crew were very fast and efficient. They also removed all their shoes before enterning the apartment. And carefully tidied up and remove all the packaging without being asked to do so.highly recommended.

The Salesmen was very informative ,and most importantly listened to what we had to say and did not try to push any one product

Malwina at the Croydon store is amazing. She didn't do the usual Sales Person nonsense, when they crowd you, throw too much info at you or try to force you to purchase extras. We entered the store and she approached us to see if we needed assistance. We told her we wanted to have a browse at the beds, so she explained how they were laid out in store and gave us room to look at our leisure. She did not shadow or crowd us which is great. After we had looked around we needed to ask a few questions and she answered them knowledgeably, but again was not pushy. We told her we were going to look around in other shops and thanked her for her help. We came back around an hour later to purchase a bed. Upon entering the store there were 4 salesmen, just standing around, chatting. Malwina was busying herself, straightening and tidying. We went straight to her to buy our bed. SHe was swift, gave us all the info we needed, friendly. We were in and out very quickly with our bed purchased and all our questions answered. My husband HATES shopping for anything and this was, hands down, his best experience furniture shopping. Stress-free and easy. Mal is an asset to your company.
