A member of staff was available within minutes of entering the store and he was very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered with confidence.

The assistant was knowledgeable, and made several well informed comments. He was very helpful around the store, and gave me his undivided attention at all times. He couldn’t have been more helpful, and generous, offering advice and free pillows etc Well done to staff training ! The only thing that was annoying was the soundtrack in store, music is good but not 2 different tunes competing across the one store .

The helpfulness and courtesy we were shown by the assistant contributed very much to the fact that without his realising it we felt ourselves comfortable in buying a headboard twice the cost we had in mind when entering the shop. The assistant gave us the time and space to consider all the options he carefully put before us and he must be highly commended for his efforts. He clearly loves his job and the care he has for his customers is well beyond what generally is provided these days.

From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by a manager who then proceeded to call a staff member over to help us. She straight away asked us our budget, what we were looking for, and to see if we knew what we wanted. She showed us several mattresses walking round the store and left us to make a decision ourselfs. There was no pressure for us to buy anything. When we decided on one she very swiftly took us through the process helping us to work towards our delivery goal.

Assistant was friendly and very responsive to my needs, I was even offered a coffee which I accepted while he was explaining about the different mattresses, the headboards and the delivery dates, I would have liked to receive earlier than the date stated but at the same time, I understand some models and the one I chose was not readily available and I was willing to wait.

For me, the choice of mattress was somewhat reduced as I did not want to purchase a mattress with any memory foam. My experience with staff was very good and I was very impressed with the availability of my mattress choice together with the suggested delivery date.
