Customer service very good

We were really pleased with the customer service we received from Barret, he greeted us and offered us a hot drink. He put our order through efficiently and even offered us complimentary pillows. Very happy with the service we received.

Very helpful, knew the product.

Darren (Purley Way, Croydon store) allowed us sufficient time to browse and 'think' about our options. He was available when we had questions, yet politely (and helpfully) let us know when he was serving another customer.

We found Deryk Assistant Manager (Croydon Branch) to be professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us to choose the right mattress and bed frame without ANY pressure....We were extremely happy with our purchases especially as they were both in the sale. He was very thorough when going through the paperwork ensuring that we understood and were happy with everything before signing. My husband and I always appreciate quality service and felt that this was given to us by Deryk who quite frankly is an assess to Dreams.
