The female assistant was fabulous. I felt she listened carefully to what I was looking for and because of this she was able to direct me to the bed and mattress which of course was exactly what I was after 😁

Michael, the sales assistant who dealt with us was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Very professional in his manner. Great layout of store. Item ordered yet to be delivered so am hoping the service is just as fab.

we were greeted with a friendly greeting asking if we needed any assistance which was nice as he could probably see we needed help. he explained the difference between the mattresses and encouraged us to try them out by lying on them which was good as i never know if we can just lie on them or wait to be asked. he also gave us time to go off round the store to make our minds up.

Kirsty was very friendly and helpful made it so easy to pick the right mattress especially the different choices you have in store had a nice chat and nice coffee and would definitely recommend friends and family to the store and will be coming back to buy our bed frame

I had already ordered a bed frame from Dreams online in December but wanted to visit in store to pick the mattress. Moses was very friendly and helpful. I had already picked out the mattress but he was very quick at sorting the delivery and offered myself and my partner a drink whilst we completed the order. He was able to get the mattress in the same delivery as my bed frame and so didnt charge a second delivery charge.

I went to the shop two times, one for looking all the products you have and asking all the questions I needed, and the second just for doing the purchase. In both visits, I was correctly assisted and advised.

The staff was very friendly and gave me assistance as I walked through the door. Malvina was very polite and made me feel very comfortable.

The service was excellent, very efficientand very helpful which enabled us to make an easy and quick decision on the product purchased.
