Very easy to get around. Darren was able to suggest various beds for me. One thing he did not ask was my budget which I think was an overall miss. Apart from that a very easy experience all round and the delivery is exactly when I need it.

The member of staff was well informed, friendly, and tried successfully to meet our requirements. He also organised delivery quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed.

The member of staff, Deryck, was very helpful and polite. He listened to what we wanted and was quickly able to ascertain the best bed for us.

Walked in needing an ottoman bed / mattress for our guest room. Good selection of both. Delivery was speedy and Moses, who served us, was delightful to deal with. Thank you

The colleague deryck at dreams purely way was exceptional and so was his customer service. The products and knowledge around them gave us reassurance that we were choosing the right bed. The only dissapointing factor was the time of delivery. Overall a excellent experience.
