Very friendly customer service received from Michael Day at Croydon. He was very patient, calm, knowledgeable and professional.

Deryck was really friendly and made us feel comfortable. He listened to what we wanted and was very helpful with all the different options. Everything was clear and he made the experience a pleasure

The assistant was friendly with a warm welcome, offering coffee. A good knowledge of colours, when I was choosing my headboard.

Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent Diane who even offered us refreshments. We explained our requirements and she talked us through a number of options in a very professional manner, without being pushy.
