We were very impressed with Michael who was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It makes a welcome change to receive such great customer service these days. I would definitely come back to Dreams again and Michael should be highly commended.

I was assisted by Moses, who was patient, polite, respectful and gave me space to decide. I loved the machine which assessed which mattress would be good for my pattern of sleeping. I was advised to lay down whilst the machine done my reading. I liked having a pillow to lay on, i liked the wide range of mattresses . I was so impressed by the way that i was looked after and how everything was explained to me without being pushy or too talkative. I felt comfortable and have spoken about my wonderful experience to everyone. I am also excited and can’t wait to receive my new mattress, my old mattress is going to be taken away. I was also informed that if its too heavy i could ask the delivery guys to help me. I am confident that i have chosen the best mattress for me.

New bed for 17 year old granddaughter. She knew what type of bed she wanted, an ottoman. We were offered help as soon as we entered the store. Told the salesman what we wanted and he was able to show us exactly what granddaughter wanted. Salesman then showed us mattress options. Found what she wanted and then shown pillows. Again chose exactly what she wanted.

Michael was very attentive but also understood our individual needs as a couple. we spoke at length about what we required and felt we were listened to.
