Dreams - Croydon

This is the second time we have purchased from Dreams and both times we were served by Deryck. He was great, vey friendly and helpful. He was patient and gave us time to make our choices without feeling pressured. He was great

Deryck working for the croydon branch was very friendly provided me and my family with an excellent customer service. He made us feel very welcomed to the branch as he greeted us as soon as we arrived and asked us if we needed any help. He was very knowleged about the store products and provided us with the information we had questions about. Showing us a variety of products to chose from with different features. When we came to purchase the product he offered us a drink while the payment process was happening. He also made us feel happy about chosing dreams to purchase our bed from compared to their competitors. Explaining us customer satifaction and what was unique about the company products.

The store is well laid out with plenty of stock to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful but not at all pushy - they offered help then left us to have a look around which is how I like to shop. Then when we were ready they were again very helpful.

Michael and his colleague earlier in the day were both extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable on the products we were interested in. They also offered tea numerous times as we were there for quite a while making a decision.

On entering the store we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly member of staff called Diane who offered me and my sister and a hot drink. I had an idea what I wanted but we still looked around Diane explained about the machine that we could lie on to ensure we made the right decision but as I was fairly confident that I knew what I wanted I declined. Diane was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I am pleased with my decision about the mattress I believe with Diane’s help I made the right decision. Diane very kindly explained about the pillows too and brought a couple to me to try out and I purchased two of them too. Diane is a credit to your store, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Me and my sister were delighted to be served by her. Thank you so much I’m delighted with my purchases

The sales assistant was very skilled she offered help but gave us the option of declining and advised us to look around and try the beds if we wanted to. She wasn't pushy or pretentious but very genuine in her desire to help us. She offered us choice and was not racing to make a quick sale. She took her time explained every thing and was able to give me a discount. I particularly enjoyed the .machine which calculates which mattress is best for you. I was encouraged to try as many mattresses as I wanted and look at the different beds. I felt like a kid I a candy store 🤣

I rate my experience as highly satisfied because from the moment I entered the showroom I felt at ease and loved the display of goods. I observed the staff were polite and friendly and not overwhelming the customers but I could see they were ready to assist as required. When I was approached it was done so politely that I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.
