Diane was our salesperson , was friendly showed us the products available and left us to discuss in private. Later we had a few questions which were answered clearly. The order was placed deliveery date confimed and sorted very quickly . Good service as usual from our usual visits to Dreams .

Micheal was so helpful, offering us tea and coffee, had a great knowledge of all the beds and he had the patients that helped me chose my bed as I was so idesiseve between two bed he had me hooked to. His friendly manner has made me want to come straight back to dreams for anything in the future, he was so compliant and attentive which made me have the best customer service.
