This is our third time of purchasing from Dreams. Each time the new technology used makes it easier to choose the correct product.

Moses the sales assistant was extremely helpful. He took us to the sleep machine to better understand our needs and spent a lot of time showing us options for the two mattresses we were looking for.

Darren the staff member helping us was cheerful and knowledgeable.

Was just looking for a mattress and hadn't expected to buy in store. However, the help and knowledge by Deryck was brilliant so decided to make a purchase in store

The gentleman who helped was called Michael and had a good knowledge of his products.He gave me sensible advise.I was very impressed.

I had thought Dreams offered less modern furniture and was pricey because of being priced out by online competitors. After seeing an ad on tv I checked online to compare prices and when I did I realised that your price was unbeatable! I went to store where I saw the exact bed. I don’t like people hounding me as I enter and the assistant didn’t. She just smiled from a distance and asked to help. I said no at first as I wanted to have a proper look at the bed myself without feeling like I was being forced to buy. When I did have a few questions, Diane came over and answered them all. She gave advice not on the most expensive option but on practicality. Later on, after answering the same questions from my husband in a very calm manner, she then took us to the sleep machine and went through it with us. She offered us hot chocolates and advised us on pillows. After about an hour being unsure we decided on just the bed and Diane didn’t in the least appear upset! I really appreciated this as customer service is really important to me and that’s why I buy most things on the web. However I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I was so very pleasantly surprised at the experience!

We were not pressured at all to buy any beds, which i really liked and made the experience more relaxing - also allowing me to make the right decision. The man who served us (Michael) was super helpful, friendly and patient.
