Barret made the experience extremely easy and also looked after my son which then resulted in purchasing another bed. Well done.

Moses was very helpful and once he knew what we wanted he showed us the other options he felt were similar (including cheaper options!) which just showed he cared more about us being happy with the purchase than how much he was selling. This then lead to us buying more in the long run! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and chased us out the store when I forgot some bits from a previous store. Overall lovely customer service

Barret looked after me when I was in store today. He was very relaxed,welcoming but not pushy in any way.

Deryck served me was very good with telling me the deals and had a good laugh at the same wasn’t just the normal serious sale rep talk 10/10

The Sales lady, Mel was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable and took a great deal of time and trouble to help me find appropriate products. Not her fault, but the shop's, all your headboards are too high, please consider stocking lower ones.

Immediately when I went to the store I was greeted by Moses who ensured I was treated as a value customer. He was most helpful, polite and definitely delivered a great customer experience.

The customer advisor was really helpful and friendly. Very good customer service.

Malwina was very knowledgable and not at all pushy on our first visit. On our second visit the chap we dealt with was also very helpful and speedy.
