Michael was very attentative and answered all our needs

We were immediately greeted by a staff member, who offered to help in a pleasant but not pushy way. We were offered drinks and given plenty of time to try different beds with the same staff member always on hand to offer help, information or advice. The sleep match machine was incredible, provided great results and was interpreted and translated well.

Customer service was spot on everything we asked for was given.

I found what I wanted and I have bought beds from dreams before which I am happy with

I had attentive helpful service from Mel in Croydon with wide selection, and j could take all the time I needed. No orthopaedic pillow to see. Much less impressed in tottenham court road and wands bridge road stores with smaller stocks and less excellent service. I only found the bed I’ve ordered in Croydon, otherwise might not have bought from dreams. Not received yet so I can’t rate the bed!
