The sales assistant knew his stuff and after showing me three beds I knew which I wanted and waited to see if he was going to push the most expensive one or the best for my needs. And he chose the best for my needs when money wasn't an issue.

Our salesperson, Deryk, was very knowledgeable about the kind of mattress I required. He introduced us to the sleepwell system which gave us an idea of the kind of mattress we required. He then introduced the individual mattresses to us to be tested. The lovely thing was that he wasnt a 'pushy' salesman. He didn't push us towards a particular brand or price. I am so excited to receive delivery of our Risborough K Mattress and to have a good nights sleep.

The Sales Representative (Diane), conducted herself in a highly professional manner. She had excellent product knowledge and provided us with the various options on mattresses. She was very friendly and was able to price up our order in a timely manner. She discussed the various options for delivery and provided a slot that was convenient for us without having to wait too long. Based on our experience I would most certainly recommend anyone to visit Dreams in Purley Way, Croydon. In addition our interaction with other staff also gave us the indication that great focus has been placed in providing excellent customer service.
