Moses was very friendly. He took the time to look at similar products that were cheaper than my first choice in order to help me save money which is rare for a sales person. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. The store was nicely laid out and easy to look round. The autumn sales was great for savings as well. Moses walked me though the whole process in terms of delivery and payment, amazing that my bed will be delivered in under a week! High quality products and lovely staff.

Good service

I was greeted by Micheal, whom was very happy to explain the difference and tried to understand what my need was. Once the mattress was selected Barrett helped us place the order and set a delivery date. Everything was very smooth and professional. Although after some research we knew exactly what we wanted the staff were still very helpful and though they did not have to sell the product they amde us feel very welcomed and there was some good conversations and explanation across the sales desk as to what we could expect. Even had a coffee..!

Moses was very knowledgable, patient and took the time to explain about the different bed frames, pillows and mattress types, he even introduced us to the sleep mattress machine to determine the best mattress for us.
